The staff here were incredibly accommodating and very friendly, making the stay an absolute pleasure, while the updated Queen suite was perfect and had a pleasant scent in the air.

Property is overpriced in my opinion. Thin walls and ceiling, noisy since we had occupants above us who decided to stomp around their room at 3:00 AM, plus our room was located next to the exit. Cleanliness was fair: seat of one of the upholstered chairs was soiled. Complimentary breakfast was so-so. Ran out of skim milk and attendant was not able to supply more. Don't believe we will stay there again.

I recently had a wonderful overnight stay at Comfort Inn in Cartersville. My travel purpose was to visit Lake Point, and the location of the hotel was perfect, just one exit away from several restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with a large TV and even a pull-out bed for my teenagers. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were amazing. The hotel also had a well-equipped kitchen area that felt just like home. The breakfast offered a good selection, and the coffee and tea were top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
